The Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine is looking for a highly qualified and purposeful Head of the Information Protection Sector of the Department of Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.

Job duties:

Organization of the work of the sector in the field of information protection

• Ensuring the implementation of information processing technology research in ICS BEB with the aim of identifying possible leakage channels and other threats to ensure information security, forming a threat model, developing an information security policy, determining measures aimed at it implementation.
• Implementation and support of the functioning of the anti-virus protection system for automated workplaces and ICS BEB, implementation of organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of ARMs and ICS BEB from being affected by computer viruses.
• Control of compliance by BEB employees with the requirements of regulations and administrative documents on information protection in automated systems.

Regulatory and organizational provision of information protection

• Development and approval of projects of normative legal acts and administrative documents, which should ensure the protection of information in ICS BEB, as well as technical protection of information, the requirements for the protection of which are determined by legislation.
• Organization works on the design, development, creation, examination and operation of authorized security systems and previously built complex information protection systems. carrying out workson information protection in ICS BEB.
• Control of the performance of information protection means and response to their failure or violation of functioning modes in the manner specified by the technical documentation and other regulatory documents.

Requirements:

• Higher education, not less than a master's degree in the field of knowledge "Information Technologies";
• Experience in public service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, for at least two years. Experience in the field of information protection from two years;
• Fluent command of the state language;
• knowledge of the requirements of state and international standards, normative and normative-technical documents in the field of information security and cyber protection, authorization of security systems, KPI and TKI; organization, implementation and control of measures regarding the operation of authorized security systems and complex information protection systems in information and communication systems; experience in administration of ESET antivirus protection systems; experience deploying, configuring, and administering Check Point network security appliances; knowledge and experience of implementing technical information protection measures at information activity facilities; understanding of the principles of operation: SIEM, PAM, IDM, DLP, IPS/IDS, Proxy, antivirus tools, and other technical means of information protection; knowledge of encryption principles and algorithms and electronic digital signature systems; — experience in implementing information security incident management systems in information and information and communication systems.
