We are looking for<< strong style="font-weight: 700">Head of the Information, Consulting and Legal Assistance Department / ICLA Project Manager Ukraine Kyiv NRC Northern Regional Office in Kyiv.
Project Manager "Information, Counseling and Legal Assistance" (ICPD) is responsible for the activities of the ICD in Northern Ukraine and the supervision of projects implemented in accordance with the strategy and standards of the NRC. This position includes team management, project cycle management, capacity building, integrated programming and coordination with key stakeholders.
Your duties will include:
- Consolidate the activities of the ICLA department in Northern Ukraine in accordance with priorities, guidelines and standards.
- Provide capacity building and training for ICLA staff.
- Overall management of ICLA projects implemented in the Northern Regional Office according to budgets, logical-structural schemes and work plans.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals (technical, financial and descriptive aspects) and reports related to ICLA projects in Northern Ukraine, in coordination with the ICLA national team
- Ensuring proper budget monitoring and updating expenditure plans
- Ensuring the quality of delivery legal services
- Ensuring safe identification and referral of cases requiring specialized assistance ?
- Ensuring compliance with MEL procedures and requirements.
- Facilitating the identification of potential partners and developing partnerships with national organizations
- Overseeing capacity building activities aimed at to key stakeholders
- Ensuring proper ICLA data management and submission
- Liaise with ICLA national team to incorporate guidelines, technical materials and tools into ICLA activities
- Promote integrated programming with other NRC core competencies ?
- Contribute to the analysis of specific trends, risks and needs in the field of legal protection.
- Keep abreast of legal changes affecting project participants and stakeholders to ensure appropriate programming and identify new programming opportunities
- Contribute to legal protection advocacy efforts
- Participate in relevant coordination forums and clusters.
- Coordination with key stakeholders, including UN agencies, INGOs and NGOs, local governments and other relevant actors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a humanitarian/rehabilitation context
- Experience in legal and forced displacement< /li>
- Project cycle management skills
- Team management experience
- Legal expertise preferred
- Documented results related to job duties
- Prior experience working in complex and volatile environments
- Leadership skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
We offer:
- Employment contract until December 31, 2025 with the possibility of extension
- Official salary and medical insurance
- Working hours: 9.00-17.00, Saturday, Sunday - weekends
