We are looking for Information, Counseling and Legal Aid Department Manager / ICLA Project Manager Ukraine Kyivin the Northern Regional Office of the NRC in Kyiv.
Information, Counseling and Legal Assistance (IKPD) project manager is responsible for IKPD activities in Northern Ukraine and supervision of projects implemented in accordance with NRC strategy and standards . This position includes team management, project cycle management, capacity building, integrated programming and coordination with key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:< /b>
- Consolidate the activities of the ICLA department in Northern Ukraine in accordance with priorities, guidelines and standards.
- Provide capacity building and training for ICLA staff.
- Overall management of ICLA projects implemented in the Northern Regional Office in accordance with budgets, logical and structural schemes and work plans.
- Supporting the preparation of proposals (technical, financial and descriptive aspects) and reports related to ICLA projects in Northern Ukraine, in coordination with the ICLA national team
- Ensuring proper budget monitoring and updating of spending plans
- Ensuring the quality of the provision of legal services
- Ensuring the safe identification and referral of cases that require specialized assistance?
- Ensuring compliance with MEL procedures and requirements.
- Facilitating the identification of potential partners and developing partnerships with national organizations
- Overseeing capacity building activities targeting key stakeholders
- Ensuring proper ICLA data management and submission documents
- Liaise with ICLA national team to incorporate guidelines, technical materials and tools into activities ICLA
- Promote integrated programming with other NRC core competencies ?
- Contribute to the analysis of specific trends, risks and needs in the field of legal protection.
- Keep abreast of legal changes affecting project participants and stakeholders to ensure appropriate programming and identify new program opportunities
- Contribute to advocacy efforts on legal protection issues
< li>Participation in relevant coordination forums and clusters. - Coordination with key stakeholders includingUN agencies, NGOs and NGOs, local authorities and other relevant entities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in a humanitarian/restorative context
- Experience in legal and forced displacement
- Project management skills cycle
- Team management experience
- Legal expertise preferred
- Documented results related to job duties
- Previous experience work in difficult and unstable conditions
- Leadership skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
We offer:
- Employment contract until 12/31/2025 with the possibility of extension

- Working hours: 9.00-17.00, Saturday, Sunday - holidays
