We are currently looking for a Head of the Individual Business Department.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• higher financial, economic or legal education;
• 1 year of work experience in the banking sector;
• possession of operational customer service skills.

Desirable:

• good communication and sales skills;
• knowledge of current legislation regulating the procedure for physical transactions persons.

Your ROLE:

• Active search for clients;
• conducting presentations of bank products;
• consulting clients on the Bank's products and services;
• service of credit agreements for existing credit products;
• conclusion of contracts with individuals for opening card, deposit and current accounts, opening accounts bank payment cards;
• sale of other retail products / services to customers;
• monitoring of the implementation of sector sales plans;
• quality preparation and provision of reports on the work of the sector;
• execution of current account servicing operations.
