Requirements for education, skills and experience: complete higher education; work experience in similar positions (banking sector) from 3 years; knowledge of banking and labor legislation of Ukraine; knowledge of corporate governance principles; confident user of software; personal qualities and competencies: excellent communication and organizational skills, high level of self-organization and self-control, analytical skills, ability to work with legislative documents, ability to negotiate, etc. Your functions: organization of uninterrupted and high-quality work of the unit, control of employees' performance of their functions and duties, their observance of official and labor discipline; personnel planning, management of selection and recruitment/dismissal of personnel, participation in the development and implementation of the Bank's personnel management goals and strategies; participation in the organization of the reward system, motivation of the Bank's staff; leadership and management of personnel records; accounting control and administration of the Bank's personnel; maintenance and management of the database of personal data of the Bank's employees; participation in the development of internal regulatory documents and job instructions; providing methodological and informational support for the activities of the Bank's structural divisions; promoting the formation and development of the Bank's corporate culture.
