Implementation and management of system hr-processes in the company (recruitment, adaptation personnel, feedback, identification of problem areas, employee involvement, motivation, evaluation, training and development, dismissal); Formalization of the company's business processes, development of job instructions and writing of internal corporate regulations and rules. Suggestions for optimizing business processes; Improvement of intra-corporate communication. Work on implementation, development and support of corporate culture in the company.
