Head of the HR department in ATB-market

The largest national retail network ATB-MARKET in Ukraineinvites the head of the HR department to work.

Main duties:< /strong>

1. Organization and control of the main processes of work with personnel:

• selection and adaptation of store and office employees;
• personnel administration;
• evaluation, training and development of personnel ;
• rationing and remuneration of personnel.

2. Management of employees of functional areas of the department.

3. Development and implementation of measures to reduce turnover and increase staff loyalty.

4. Formation of personnel reserve in the company.

5. Assessment of staff effectiveness and efficiency.

 Requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience from 1 year as the head of the department/sector for work with personnel;
• knowledge of personnel administration, timesheet accounting;
• certain MS Excel user;
withability to organize your work and manage multitasking;
• excellent communication skills and organizational skills, responsible attitude to the work performed.
