You are our ideal candidate if you have: Higher legal education ( an advantage will be obtained from Polish universities). Work experience in the position of a manager for at least 3 years. Expertise in corporate, contractual, economic and tax law in the financial sphere. Knowledge of Ukrainian and European legislation. Experience working with state and regulatory bodies. Skills clearly formulate a task and determine the best way to solve it. Systemic thinking, a creative approach to solving issues in accordance with current legislation. Possession of a certificate of the right to engage in advocacy. Your main tasks will be: Organization of the legal service and management of legal issues from all countries of the holding's business presence ( Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Poland, etc.).Management of the internal and external legal team: allocation of tasks/execution control.Control and reporting on assigned tasks.Personal participation in the Holding's priority projects.Protection of intellectual property. processes.
