Additional qualifications or certifications may be an advantage. Basic medical knowledge, understanding of medical products, treatments and processes related to medical practice. The ability to analyze the market and develop strategies to improve sales or business development Experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical industries, from 3 years. Fluency in English at the Intermediate level and above; Proficiency in PC, PowerBI. Driver's license. Ability to work in a team and a high level of responsibility .Active life position, initiative and developed analytical abilities. Desire to develop and grow in the profession.Tasks: Development of a short-, medium- and long-term strategy of marketing activity in the direction of the nosology "Hemophilia" Determination of an exhaustive list of LPUs with hematology departments for cooperation. Plans sales for each hospital for the year; Control of regional managers regarding the implementation of the plan for each hospital. Approval of the plan of events for the current year (Contact with leading specialists regarding the timing of events, selection of topics, speakers, and venue) Organization of events, including accommodation, technical support, catering and promotional materials necessary for a successful conference. Search for new literary sources for the use of blood coagulation factors/production technologies. Cooperation with patient organizations and patients directly. Cooperation with opinion leaders in the field of hematology Formation of patient registries and relevant statistical databases. Formation of a library of information data.
