Terms work: 5-day work week, 09:00—18:00 Sat., Sun. - weekends.
Salary: is UAH 38,000 (tax excluded), trial period (2 months) UAH 31,000.
What You will be engaged in the Company:
- Control of the correctness of transactions in the document database, data quality in the system (address storage, routes, balances);
- Subordination of 7 operators (control of work quality, organization)
- Working daily with shortage warehouses (movement, write-off), control of the performance of the CFR indicator for large customers;
- Creation of payment applications in 1C by division;
- Monitoring of the reasons for return (analyst report) correctness of the reasons;
- Control of reconciliation with suppliers, archiving of documents;
- Communication with company divisions and brand representatives for reporting, correctness of shipment, deadlines.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in this position from 2 years;
- Confident user of the 1C program, working with Excel (Formulas, consolidated tables);
- Understanding primary financial documents;
- Ability to consolidate information and work with a large volume of numbers and data;
- Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematicity;
- Responsibility, communication, self-organization, attentiveness.
