What will you do in the role of Head of the operational accounting group of customer settlements:

• Managing the team of accountants of the operational accounting group of customer settlements, ensuring their efficiency and development;
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls and corporate policies in all processes of settlement with customers;
• Control of issuing operations accounts, correct recognition of income, as well as accounting for product returns and trade discounts;
• Responsibility for analyzing the structure of receivables, forming provisions for bad debts, writing them off and organizing reconciliations with customers;
• Ensuring timely monthly closing of all accounts related to receivables;
• Accounting for tax liabilities, including regular reconciliation with MeDoc;
• Effective cooperation with other departments and external auditors in the role of the main contact person for accounting issues with customers;
• Constant improvement of accounts receivable accounting business processes and implementation of leading practices.

Our expectations from a candidate for this position:

• Higher education in a specialty Economics, Finance, Accounting and Auditing;
• Experience as an accountant from 5 years,
• Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level;
• English not lower than Pre-Intermediate level;

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of SAP;
• Experience in management positions;
• Experience in agricultural sector.
