The company "KYIV BREAD" is a leader in the bakery products market, which has been delighting its customers with fresh and tasty bread and pastries for more than 20 years, we invite you to cooperate: Head of a group of designers (Kyiv, work exclusively in the office) Requirements: Professional education (graphics, design ); Work experience in a similar position from 3 years, mandatory experience in creating packaging design for product brands (graphic designer/ creative designer/ designer/ art director); Availability of a portfolio with high-quality cases; Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite , Figma (ownership of other programs/graphic editors (will be an added advantage); Experience in technical design, photo retouching, layout adaptation; Understanding of marketing metrics and their relationship with design; Ability to manage a group of creative designers; Attention to detail, creativity, initiative, responsibility. Functional duties: Manage a group of designers, provide timely information on completed tasks; Effectively distribute tasks among designers, according to their professional skills and areas of responsibility; Communicate correctly with customers; Be able to defend one's point of view and defend projects; Work with graphics ( development of design of marketing materials: banners, tickers, posters, branding; web site design); Checking materials for printing, cooperation with printers; Tracking global trends in design; Creation of advertising layouts for social networks. Creation of design of printed materials; Redesign of packaging. Creation of packaging design of new items. Identity. Working conditions: Official registration according to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
