Head of the department for work with foundations and grants (remote) in Charity Foundation Children of Heroes

Children of Heroes is a charitable foundation that provides long-term assistance to children who lost one or both parents as a result of the Russian war in Ukraine.

The mission of the charity foundation "Children of Heroes" is to pay tribute to Ukrainians who lost their lives because of Russian aggression, we want to give their children the opportunity to grow and develop. Our task is to create a favorable environment for them, where they can overcome difficulties, change their lives for the better and build a bright future for themselves and for Ukraine. 

Responsibilities:

• Development of strategic partnerships with institutional donors
< li>Achieving goals for attracting funding for projects
• Leadership in the development of new initiatives to attract funds for the Fund's projects
• Conducting negotiations with grantees
• Expanding the portfolio of partners and grantees through communication with the Fund's Supervisory Board
• Project implementation control
• Representation of the Fund's interests at events in Ukraine and abroad
• Team management and development

Requirements:

• successful experience working with institutional donors
• team management experience
• strategic vision< /li>
• high internal motivation and focus on results
• possession of presentation skills
• analytical skills
• mandatory command of the English language at a level not lower than upper -intermediate (both written and oral)
• ability to build and maintain relationships
• good command of excel and power point
