Responsibilities :
by clients of monthly sales plans- Organization and management of the life activities of KAM service and sales managers
- Development and implementation of strategic and tactical actions for the functioning of the company department, achievement of sales plans and net profit of the company
- Regular training for your department
- Conclusion of agreements in clinics with decision-makers (owners/directors of clinics), negotiations on terms of cooperation, presentations of company products, conclusion of agreements for the supply of goods to the clinic
- Organization and participation in events (seminars, conferences, presentations) for dentists of private dental clinics aimed at increasing the popularity and recognition of the company's brands
- Organization and participation in dental exhibitions
- Implementation and improvement of the CRM system. Compliance with company standards for internal reporting

- Development and implementation of an optimal plan of activities with clients in the direction of dental clinics and with the recommendations of the trade marketing department, the available budget and client characteristics
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships within the framework of interaction with customers based on a joint business plan
- Conclusion of agreements with customers of the dental clinic channel, determination of sales and financing conditions in accordance with the principles of the Company
- Development of promotional activities and their implementation
- Analysis of sales results on a weekly basis
- Development of recommendations to increase customer sales
Requirements:
