Your key tasks:
- Management by the team of the food technology department;
- Development and implementation of products of own production;
- Planning, organization and launch of production processes and workshops;
- Control of the mechanism of introduction of new products into the network;
- Optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Control of product cost, analysis of mark-up and marginality;
- Control of selection and purchases raw materials and packaging;
- Analysis of project effectiveness and preparation of management reports;
- Participation in the implementation of innovative technologies and equipment;
- Planning and conducting training for technologists and production teams;
- Development and updating of regulatory documentation (TU, technological instructions, recipes).

It is important for us:
- Higher education: preferably in the field of food technology, management or economics;
- 3 years of work experience in the field of food technology or food production;
- Basic knowledge of accounting programs: 1C, OutLook, Microsoft office, Excel - a confident user, SAP (preferred);
- Management skills: team management and project management;

- Analytical mindset, ability to operate with data and facts.
