Head of the food production department in LILAK, TOV

The company "LILAC, LLC" is a successful manufacturer of food products with many years of experience in the market. Currently, in connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Head of the food production shop" in the city of Chernivtsi.

Tasks:

- Organization and control of the production process in the shop;

- Planning and implementation of production tasks;

- Quality control of production and implementation of measures to improve it;

- Management of shop staff and ensuring the implementation of production tasks plans.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in a similar position;

- Knowledge of food production technology;

- Ability to manage personnel and resolve conflict situations;

- Responsibility, organization, communication.
