We invite to our team a Head of the Fire Protection Systems Maintenance Department

Functional responsibilities:

• 100% fulfillment of maintenance schedules without delays
• Growth of the subscriber base by at least 20–30%
• Marginality of the direction is not lower than the established plan
• Absence of critical complaints
• Systematization of processes (regulations, checklists, quality control)
• Reduction of dependence on "manual management"
• Requirements for the candidate
• Required:
• Management experience in the field of fire safety from 3 years
• Understanding the regulatory framework (DBN, NAPB, DSNS)
• Experience with maintenance contracts
• Team management experience
• Understanding the economics of service business
• Ability to read projects and technical documentation

Desirable:

• Experience in passing inspections DSNS
• Experience of working with large facilities (malls, commercial centers, banks, factories)
• Experience of implementing CRM/accounting systems
• Portrait of the "ideal candidate"
• Not just a technical specialist, but a manager
• Knows how to build a system, not work "on fire"
• Understands that maintenance is a long-term service business

Operational management

Organization and control of maintenance:

• fire alarm
• alert systems
• fire extinguishing systems
• smoke removal
• internal fire water supply
• formation of maintenance schedules
• monitoring of compliance regulations

Professional knowledge and personal qualities (hard skills/soft skills):

• In-depth knowledge of fire protection systems
• Knowledge of the requirements of the Fire Protection Bureau, NAPB, orders and regulations of the State Emergency Service
• Understanding inspection procedures
• Experience in preparing facilities for inspections
• technical management service
• Experience in the organization of technical maintenance
• Formation and control of maintenance schedules
• Implementation of regulations and checklists
• Quality control of performed works
• Control of acts of performed works
• Maintenance of technical documentation
• Work with contracts
• Systematic thinking, ability to build processes, leadership
• Result orientation, stress resistance.
