Head of the financial planning and efficiency department, Head of controlling in Gordienko, FOP (rekrutingove agentstvo)

For our client — an international logistics company — we are looking for a Head of controlling MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of the annual budget, review of the budget on a quarterly basis Control of budget execution, analysis of deviations on a monthly basis Control of the closing of the company's financial month / year within the framework of compliance with timing Control of the preparation of reports: forecast of the financial results of the month on D+1, Daily MOD warehouse & transport reports Control over the preparation and analysis of historical and forecast Cash flow reports including monitoring of KPIs. Control over the preparation and analysis of the P&L report for customers of warehouse & transport reports Optimization & automation of closing files Participation in projects of the financial department optimization and automation (unification of service tables, automation of invoicing to customers, etc.) Control over compliance with the relevance of data used to calculate tariffs. Analysis and control of financial indicators, including the turnover of receivables, payables, etc. in a similar position or in Big4, a high level of proficiency in Excel, SAP; ACCA certificate / or F1-F9 is desirable; English language level at the Upper-Intermediate level; knowledge of tax legislation and legislation on management accounting requirements; High communication skills; Strong professional financial and analytical skills skills; Orientation to results; Strategic thinking; Ability to make independent decisions.
