Main functional responsibilities: Monitoring of changes in legislation and relevant standards of professional associations, the effect of which applies to the Bank, assessment of the impact of such changes on the processes and procedures implemented in the Bank. Ensuring control over the Bank's implementation of Ukrainian legislation and regulations acts of regulatory bodies. Preparation of conclusions regarding the compliance risk inherent in new products and significant changes in the Bank's activities; Ensuring the organization of control over the Bank's compliance with norms regarding the timeliness and reliability of financial and statistical reporting. Ensuring the management of risks associated with conflicts of interest. training and awareness of the Bank's employees regarding compliance with legislation, relevant standards of professional associations that apply to the Bank, the culture of compliance risk management and compliance with the code of conduct (ethics). Performance of other compliance risk management functions. Candidate requirements: Full higher education in the field of economics, management (management) or law. Experience of working in the banking system in the field of compliance and/or risk management, internal audit, legal support, banking operations methodology for at least three years. The ability to analyze legislation and requirements for their application in banking. Communicability, ability to defend one's opinion, interact with staff in various situations. Discipline, accuracy, attentiveness and responsibility. Working conditions: Official registration in accordance with the Labor Code. Decent level of remuneration. Work schedule: Mon- Fri.
