Main duties: Carrying out audits of cases of clients in the region in order to assess compliance with the requirements of current legislation in the field of prevention and countermeasures against legalization (laundering) of proceeds obtained by crime through, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, namely: conducting identification / verification and examination of customers, establishing the ultimate beneficial owners, identifying politically significant persons, family members or persons related to them, etc. Providing ongoing analysis of operations of the region for execution norms established by the legislation of Ukraine and the Company's internal regulatory documents on financial monitoring Identification of financial transactions subject to financial monitoring Conducting training events for employees of regional branches, providing them with consultations and explanations on issues of proper customer verification The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Complete higher economic educationKnowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of prevention and countermeasures against legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime, financing of terrorism, and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction Application in practical activities of the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on financial monitoring Knowledge of international standards in the field of prevention and countermeasures of legalization of proceeds of crimePractical experience development and implementation of internal documents in the direction of financial monitoring Experience of working in the financial sphere in the direction of financial monitoring for at least 1 year Experience in FM audits is desirable growth Attach and send your resume below using the link.
