Main duties: Carrying out audits of clients in the region, in order to assess compliance with the requirements of current legislation in the field of prevention and countermeasures against legalization (laundering) of income received criminal means, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, namely: conducting identification / verification and examination of customers, establishment of final beneficial owners, identification of politically significant persons, family members or persons related to them, etc. Ensuring ongoing analysis of the operations of the region to comply with the norms established by the legislation of Ukraine and the internal regulatory documents of the Company on the implementation of financial monitoring Identification of financial transactions subject to financial monitoring Conducting training events for employees of regional branches, providing them with consultations and explanations on issues of proper customer verification The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Full university economic educationKnowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of prevention and countermeasures against the legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime, financing of terrorism and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destructionApplication in practical activity of the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on financial monitoringKnowledge of international standards in the field of prevention and countermeasures of legalization of proceeds obtained through crime throughPractical experience of developing and implementing internal documents in the direction of financial monitoringExperience of working in the financial sphere in the direction of financial monitoring for at least 1 yearExperience of passing FM inspections is desirable.
