What you will do: identify financial transactions subject to financial monitoring; analyze and form/compile statistical reporting on financial monitoring issues; control the implementation of due diligence of clients; form reports on risk assessment and the Bank's risk profile; to develop internal regulatory documents of the bank on financial monitoring issues; to train bank employees on financial monitoring issues; to check the bank's divisions regarding compliance with the requirements of the financial monitoring legislation. Experience and qualifications: higher education; management experience in a bank for at least 2 years in financial monitoring unit; knowledge of legislation on AML/CFT issues, normative legal acts, explanations of the National Bank of Ukraine and the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine and practical skills of its application in the bank's activities, knowledge of SAB B2 will be an advantage; personal qualities and competences: high the level of analytical and communication skills, the ability to organize the work of the unit, attentiveness, responsibility, punctuality, the ability to work in a team.
