Requirements: Higher economic or financial education; Ability to work with large amounts of information; Ability to effectively manage subordinates (6-8 people); Advanced skills in working with 1C BASS; Skills in building processes and business systematization; Experience in financial planning and analysis of financial results, understanding principles of forming the company's financial model; Knowledge of MS Excel at an above average level; Experience in ERP systems; Experience in working with bank clients; Responsibilities: 1. Management, improvement and control of the work of the financial department; 2. Development, organization and further management of the financial department; 3. Development and implementation of revenue and expenditure budgeting processes; 4. Development and control of accounting and tax policies; 5. Participation in the automation of business processes, existing solutions and management accounting; 6. Providing an analysis of the company's management reporting; 7. Development and optimization of the document circulation system within the organization; 8. Organization of effective financial planning and control, management of cash flows of the company; 9. Control of cash flows, payment calendar; 10. Control and automation of the process of calculation and payment of wages.
