The company "AKO Industries" announces a competition for the position of Head of the Financial Department, the city of Kulikiv. Main responsibilities: Strategic financial management and planning within the enterprise; Development of current and long-term financial plans, control over their implementation; Financial analysis, planning within the enterprise; Management of cash flows of the enterprise; Management of the budgeting system. Control of budget implementation; Financial control of the company's activities; Organization of work with banks; Economic analysis of the company's activities; Compilation of management, financial and accounting reports; Optimization of the accounting system (1C) in accordance with the needs of the company; Tax planning and management; Formation and submission of the tax declaration on the company's profit, balance sheet, financial results report, cash flow report, equity report, notes to the annual financial statements; Control over the reflection on the accounts of the accounting of all economic transactions. The main requirements for a successful candidate: Higher education (accounting / finance); Work experience in this position of 2 years; English language proficiency at the intermediate level and above; Successful experience in team management; Knowledge and skills of building a budgeting and management accounting system; Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards; Confident PC user (office suite), 1C 8; High efficiency, ability to bring work to a successful result, systematic, analytical mindset.
