Basic responsibilities:

  • Organization of the process of formation and development of the management accounting and reporting system based on NS(n)BO , updating the accounting policy of the Group's companies and ensuring its compliance.
  • Setting up the Group's internal business processes in order to ensure the completeness, integrity, correctness and timeliness of the display of business transactions in management accounting Groups.
  • Organization and development of the Group budgeting system, ensuring control and reporting on the implementation of agreed budgets.
  • Organization and development of financial planning and analysis in accordance with the requests of the Group's management and divisions for making management decisions .
  • Organization and development of the reporting system of financial indicators / KRI to evaluate the effectiveness of the company and its divisions / areas of activity, as well as to support the motivation system based on the defined list indicators.
  • Approval of contracts for compliance of their financial provisions with defined corporate standards (in terms of financial management) and compliance with approved budgets.
  • Initiation and coordination of business process automation processes to ensure the implementation of key functions of the Finance Department.
  • Organization of the process of managing the working capital and liquidity of the company, development of proposals to increase the efficiency of the use of temporarily free funds and the use of credit funds.
  • Control over the preservation of assets and the timely fulfillment of obligations of Group companies (within the limits of the given powers).
  • Analysis of the financial attractiveness of investment and operational projects.
  • Organization of interaction with other divisions of the Group to ensure the Finance Department fulfills key functions.
  • Organization of the training process and motivation of the Finance Department team, evaluation of team performance results department.
  • Provision of methodical assistance to employees of divisions on issues related to the functions of the Finance Department.
  • Participation in the optimization of business processes within the Group.

From you we expect:

  • Education: higher economics (accounting and audit/finance).
  • Work experience: in management positions by direction "Finance" at least 5 years in system business.
  • Experience of successfully managing a team of financial specialists.
  • Experience ofThese retail will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and skills in the fields: formation and development of a management accounting and reporting system based on IFRS, accounting policy updating and compliance with compliance; setting up internal business processes in order to reflect business transactions in management accounting; organization and development of the budgeting, financial planning and analysis system, financial indicators reporting system; initiation and coordination of business processes automation processes; Management of working capital and liquidity of the company, improving the efficiency of use of temporarily free cash and use of credit; control over the conservation of assets and timely fulfillment of liabilities; analysis of financial attractiveness of investment and operating projects; Organization of the Teaching and Motivation Process, Team results evaluating.
  • Excellent communication skills. Personal qualities: systematic, structure in approaches, result orientation, democratic manager.
