Svitoch confectionery factory invites for the position, Head of the Costing and Control Department , Costing and Control Department, Lviv.

You will be responsible for:

1. Organization and coordination of the work of the department. Control over employees' performance of functional duties, assigned tasks and goals. Evaluation of subordinates' work efficiency, development of professional development paths.
2. Organization of work on preparation and data collection for budget formation. Formation of the annual budget, control over the use of its expenses. 3. Control over compliance with the uniform methodological principles of product costing.
4. Conducting budget audits.
5. Control of the completeness and timeliness of entering information into the SAP system.
6. Participation in cost optimization projects, preparation of conclusions and proposals.
7. Determining the economic effectiveness of individual organizational and technical measures for internal planning, as well as for price formation.
8. Modeling of cost and financial indicators for decision-making in the development and implementation of new projects.
9. Analysis of financial indicators, submission of proposals for decision-making.
10. Analysis of deviations and presentation of the main financial results.
11. Preparation of information for the formation of accounting and tax reporting.
12. Informing the immediate supervisor about all changes that may affect the functioning of the ISM (Integrated Management System).
13. Submission of proposals for the formation of a personnel reserve.
14. Analysis and preparation for the Nestle Group audit at the branch level.
15. Continuous application of coaching methodology in all areas of work.
16. Support and involvement in NCE activities at the branch.


Basic requirements for a successful candidate :

1. Knowledge of Ukrainian and international accounting standards.
2. Knowledge of NESTLE costing standards.
3. Laws, resolutions, decrees, orders, decisions, normative legal acts of state authorities, methodological, regulatory and other guidance materials of financial, control-revision and tax authorities on the organization of accounting, the formation of the cost of production and the preparation of reports, as well as documents that regulate the economic and financial activities of the enterprise
4. Fundamentals of labor legislation. 
5. Knowledge of the English language upper -intermediate.
