Main tasks: Control and development of the process of formation of planned and actual intragroup expenses in the environment of PM "Internal Commitments" Formation of analytical materials for partnerships, 100% of shares belong to JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" Functional duties : Ensuring the process of planning, controlling the formation of actual intra-group costs (transferred/received) across regional branches and branches. Participation in the improvement of the software of the "Internal obligations" module. Analysis and participation in the consolidation of the financial plan of private joint-stock companies, subsidiaries - 100% of the shares belong to JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and a report on its implementation. Methodological support of subordinate enterprises in matters of planning/budgeting, calculation of planned and actual cost of services and services, formation of management reporting. Preparation of analytical and presentation materials for the board/supervisory board, dashboards. Pre-candidate requirements: Higher education in economics or finance. Proven experience in the areas of financial management and bookkeeping from 5 years. Knowledge of international financial reporting standards. Experience in automation, development and implementation of budgeting and/or management accounting systems. High level of mastery of Excel, Power Point, preferably Power BI. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to process and interpret financial information, work with large data sets.
