Join our invincible team and we will work for the good of the country together! We are waiting for your resume for the position of Head of the Financial and Tax Reporting Department. Main work tasks: Organization of the process and preparation and compilation of a complete package of financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and timely submission to the authorities of the management sphere to which the enterprise belongs; to statistical authorities; to executive authorities and other users in accordance with legislation; to the DPS authorities (when submitting a declaration on PnP). Organization of preparation, verification of the correctness of compilation and timely submission of tax reporting to regulatory bodies in compliance with the norms of the PKU. Verification of accounting data for compliance with IFRS. Preparation of notes to financial statements. Methodological support, support of the Accounting Policy in an up-to-date state, taking into account changes in IFRS standards, current legislation, changes in the company's business processes. Organization of support for contracts (consulting, audit, appraiser and actuary, which includes drawing up the technical task, verification of tender documentation). Methodological support for the implementation of new business processes in terms of accounting and tax accounting, document flow, interaction of department employees with other functional divisions of the enterprise. Verification of accounting data of subsidiaries for the purposes of consolidation of the company's financial statements. Control over the procedure of consolidation of financial statements. Preparation of notes to consolidated financial statements. Passing an independent audit of the company's annual financial (separate and consolidated) statements. Interaction with external auditors/consultants. Preparation of information for audit requests, regulatory bodies, group companies, internal functional areas within the scope of your competence. You are our candidate if you have: Higher education. Knowledge of IFRS (ACCA, DipIFR, CAP/SIRA certificate), ability to work with automated accounting systems, confident user: PC — MS Windows, MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook), working with large volumes of information Self-organization; the ability to select and arrange frames; plan work; set tasks, monitor their execution.
