Head of the financial accounting sector in Logistik Yunion, TOV

A multi-sector manufacturing enterprise invites permanent employment of a head of the financial accounting sector. Functional duties: Control of payments in accordance with the approved budget; Preparation of a payment calendar; Control of mutual settlements with suppliers/customers (applications for financing, control of the completeness and timeliness of payments and receipts); Controls the state of the company's own funds; Control of the formation and use of funds, analysis of the structure and movements; Taking part in the drafting of regulatory and methodological documentation regulating the financial activities of the enterprise; Display in financial statements of information on the movement of funds, calculation of the budget reserve for capital investments; Formation of a summary register of expenses for the budget/updating and its verification; Preparation of updating of monthly budgets ;Preparation of data on individual departments of management accounting for the preparation of reports/budgets (appendices: capital investments, transcripts on the flow of funds). Candidate requirements: Higher economic education; Proficiency in computer programs: MS Office application (in-depth knowledge of Excel), 1C, Client-Bank; Work experience from 3 years in the position. Working conditions: Work schedule: five-day work week, from 09:00 to 18:00. Official registration from the first working day. Social guarantees according to the Labor Code. Delivery by company transport is possible.
