We invite the Head of the Finance Department to join the team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the financial stability of the organization. Main duties: Financial accounting of the organization (organization accounts + project accounts); Annual and monthly financial planning, cash flow; Annual and monthly financial reporting, cash flow; Control of financial reports on projects; Management of the team of the financial administrative department (financiers, accountants, buyers, clerks and lawyers); Budget implementation control; Communication with other departments and management regarding the planning of funds; Forming and timely providing management with complete and reliable information about the organization's activities and its property status , income from donors, expenses; Implementation of financial management policies and procedures, control of their compliance by all employees of the organization; Participate in decision-making about partnerships and financial investments; Develop and implement measures to accumulate financial resources of the organization to ensure its financial stability; Our expectations: Experience working with budgets in a non-profit organization; Responsibility and honesty; Experience working with international partnerships; Experience managing a team of 2 people; English at the A2- level B1 and above; Ability to work with 1C (organization in the process of changing the 1C platform); Analytical thinking; High skills in Google sheets, Exel.
