Tasks awaiting the head of the expert group:

• ensuring the implementation, operation and development of the human resources management information system;
• development of proposals for the formation of state policy on issues of digitization in the field of civil service based on the results of the analysis of the state of affairs on the specified issues, coordination of interests, goals and methods of solving existing problems, preparation of relevant drafts of normative legal acts, analytical, informational, reference and other materials and submitting them for consideration by the leadership of the NADS;
• conducting a constant analysis of the state of affairs in matters of digitalization in the field of public service in order to identify problems based on the study of statistical data, appeals from state bodies, appeals from citizens, and other sources of information;
• implementation of monitoring, evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of state policy on issues of digitalization in the field of public service services according to the specified indicators of achieving the set goals, preparing appropriate proposals for its continuation or adjustment.

Mandatory requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• higher education, not less than a master's degree;
• experience in public service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience in local self-government bodies, or experience in management positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years;
• fluency in the state language;
• experience in direct implementation knowledge of IT systems will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient to create and process documentation for IT systems will be an advantage.

Terms of payment:

• position salary - UAH 49,078;
• allowances, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State service".

Conditions for selection and appointment:

• appointment involves a special check in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention of Corruption";
• appointment is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
