Head of the expert group on digital development in Nova derzhavna sluzhba Ukrayini (NADS)

Requirements: Mandatory requirements: citizenship of Ukraine; higher education, not less than a master's degree; experience of working in public service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of working in management positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, for at least two years; fluency in the state language. Working conditions: Working conditions: salary: UAH 29,186; allowances, extra payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service". Conditions of selection and appointment to the position: the appointment to the position involves a special inspection in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention of Corruption"; the appointment to the position is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law. Duties: implementation of monitoring, evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of state policy on issues of digital development in the field of public service; ensuring the implementation, operation and development of the information system of human resources management; development of development strategy, technical tasks, justifications, estimates of network, server equipment, software, organization of obtaining and updating of licenses, certificates for the needs of the information system of human resources management; ensuring the technical efficiency of automated workplaces (AMR) of employees of the NADS apparatus, conducting initial diagnostics; preparation of proposals for the purchase of components, software and hardware; processing and approval of draft contracts; participation in the preparation of budget proposals, budget requests, passports of budget programs according to budget programs approved by the NADS ; ensuring, within the scope of authority, the implementation of projects and the implementation of programs for the improvement of public administration and public service, as well as programs for the involvement of international technical assistance within the framework of the fulfillment of obligations undertaken under international treaties of Ukraine on issues that belong to the competence of the expert group.
