Main duties: Ensuring the implementation of the processes of project development, approval, signing, entering, accounting, prolongation and opening of expense non-tender contracts in ERP Analysis and updating of cards of expense non-tender contracts in ERP in part validity periods, extensions, terms of payment and delivery, drawing up specifications Analysis of existing business processes in the direction of expendable non-tender contracts Modernization of the ERP contractual module Development of analytical reports Compilation of analytical reports using the ERP system and other internal sources of information Preparation of instructions, administrative, regulatory, methodical and other documents Preparation of presentations Update of the built model of the approval business process , accounting and monitoring in the ERP of expendable non-tender contracts, modernization and improvement The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Higher education (master's degree, specialist) technical/ legal/ economic/ management Experience of working in managerial positions for at least 2 years in the field of procurement and contract accounting in large production/logistics companies Knowledge of legislation on contractual work and public procurement Communication skills Strong analytical skills Change management skills Confident user of MS Office (incl. advanced user of Excel - summary tables, VPR functions. Experience in building business processes with the help of bpmn tools.
