Head of the Evaluation and Compensation Department in AKKORDBANK, PuAO, KB

PJSC "CB" ACCORDBANK is looking for a qualified specialist for the position of "Head of the Evaluation and Compensation Department" in the city of Kyiv.

Tasks:

-Participation in the development and updating of KPI for TOP level employees (B, B-1), motivation systems for employees branches and other sales channels of banking products

- Calculation of KPI for TOP level employees (B, B-1) according to the approved GNI, participation in the automation of calculation of indicators and bonuses

- Verification (control ) calculations of premiums, motivations, bonuses of the existing reward system. Working with various types of timekeeping

- Control over the maintenance of timesheets and calculations of additional types of payroll charges.
