The main responsibilities: Development of an operational plan for the implementation of the online educational process. Creation of a plan for attracting new participants of continuing education (participants of the training are representatives of micro, small and medium-sized businesses). Control of the implementation of marketing activities for the promotion of educational products among the target audience (hereinafter - CA) .Writing teaching methodologies and educational products for various CAs.Forming a team of internal and external trainers, building sustainable interaction with them.Development of educational online products.Ensuring the effective operation of the educational online platform online.novaposhta.education.Development of educational products for other communication channels, such as Youtube, Facebook, Telegram. Integration of all educational online products into a single educational system in accordance with the development strategy and goals of the division. Collection and analysis of feedback data from participants. Candidate requirements: Complete higher education. Experience in team management of 2 years or more. Skills in budgeting the operational activities of the department. Skills develop educational methodologies drawing on the peculiarities of the Central Asian region. Knowledge and understanding of modern trends in digital education. Willingness to travel to Ukraine. Leadership qualities, communication skills, the ability to work in multitasking mode.
