Your main tasks will be: Development and management of a team of designers; Development of creative solutions. Identification and analysis of the latest trends in design; Development of innovative creative concepts that meet the company's strategic goals; Project management. Coordination of design projects from start to finish; Ensuring timely completion of projects according to budget and quality requirements; Development and implementation of motion design projects; Quality control of visual effects and animations; Communication with stakeholders. We expect from you: Higher education in graphic design or related fields; At least 3 years of experience in leadership positions in the field of design; Excellent knowledge design tools; Use of AI (is an advantage); Experience in creating creative motion design; Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate the team; Organized documents, namely an existing military registration document according to current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
