Job description

Entrepreneurship and Export Development Office is a state institution, the purpose of which is to promote the development and support of small and medium-sized enterprises of Ukraine, support and promote the export of goods, works and services of Ukrainian manufacturers to foreign markets.

Main duties:

• Develops, fills, analyzes and maintains the Diya.Business web portal, online platforms, website;
• manages accounts in Google Workspace;
• manages DHCP, DNS, WDS services;
• manages settings Windows OS;
• configures Mikrotik network equipment;
• structures the headings of the export web portal, online platforms, websites and the nature of their content;
• adapts all materials for use on the Internet;
• ensures the working condition of computer equipment, local computer network, operating systems, system and application software, performs block repair of PCs and laptops;
• ensures uninterrupted access to the local computer network for employees, carries out network installation, administration of servers in the Institution;
• performs software and technical maintenance of computer equipment that is in operation. Provides timely testing and repair, modernization and formation of an exchange fund of equipment, computer equipment, local network cable lines, office equipment. If necessary, installs and replaces nodes and components of computer equipment;
• provides consulting assistance when ordering office equipment, taking into account the load on computer equipment and expediency;
• conducts consulting and explanatory work on issues related to the operation of office equipment and software;
• ensures information protection and information security in the Institution in accordance with the current regulatory acts;
• develops instructions for working with programs, draws up the necessary technical documentation, provides software support;
• provides technical support during meetings, online meetings, webinars, and other online events.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Higher education in a relevant field of study in the field of information systems and technologies, computer science, computer engineering, applied mathematics or similar.
• relevant work experience of 2 years or more.
• understanding of the principles of PC diagnostics;
• understanding of backup systems;
• skills in Windows OS administration 10\11, Microsoft Office 365, mastery of Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel;
• knowledge of Active Directory, Terminal Services, GPO, configuration of user terminal connections;
• knowledge of hardware and software parts of servers and network equipment, wireless network;
• ability to work with server OS and software;
• Fluency in Ukrainianlanguage and English at the Intermediate + level (written and spoken).
• A confident user of PC (MS Office, MS Outlook, Google Doc, Internet), office equipment. 
• System administrator of the ASKOD program.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS.

Ability to work with web applications and administer them. 

Understanding CI/CD principles. 

Understanding the basic principles of cyber security.
