Head of the Digital Learning Department in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for a head of the digital training department for a mil-tech company in Kyiv. In this position, you will form and implement the strategic direction of digital training in the company, ensuring the development of modern training formats that meet business goals and employee needs.

Your duties will be include:

• Developing and implementing a digital learning strategy that includes video, microlearning, tutorials, interactive formats, hybrid models, and more. 

 

• Collaboration with internal customers to transform requests into effective digital solutions (hard & soft skills). 

• Ensuring the quality, relevance and effectiveness of educational content. 

• Team management (team leader of videographers and technical writers, LMS administrator, pedagogical designer).

• Practical knowledge of tools: Microsoft 365, Articulate, Adobe, Canva, LMS systems. 

• Understanding the principles of adult learning, pedagogicaldesign, UX in education and digital pedagogy. 

• Strategic planning, team and project management skills. 

• Creativity, systems thinking, user and results oriented.
