Head of the development of the robotic system for the collection of unsecured loans in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will: accompany the automated platform of communication with clients in natural language using voice technologies — Omilia (a conversation script is created that allows communication with clients on the issue of debt repayment, i.e. collection and recording of the client’s promise to pay the debt). engage in the development of strategic and tactical solutions for the work of Omilia. engage in debt collection with the help of Omilia and the implementation of this policy. engage in the study and generalization of the practice of working with problematic debt with the help of Omilia. provide expert assessments on the effectiveness of the use of Omilia within the limits of their competence. participate in the development and implementation projects aimed at improving Omilia and optimizing existing processes. carry out development, implementation, control of execution and introduction of changes to the regulatory framework in the segment of work with problematic debt. You are suitable if you have: a complete higher education; experience in developing a debt collection strategy (preferably experience with Cisco Dialer); desirable experience working in a contact center (not a priority, but will be an additional bonus); deep mastery of MS Office (Excel is a must!); basic knowledge of SQL (will be additional) bonus).
