Main duties:

• Development of the front-office and cash products department
• Organization and control of the department's activities < /li>
• Optimization of the infrastructure in use
• Building interaction and assistance processes within the department
• Launching new projects according to the customer's requirements and deadlines
• IT management - tasks, including technical ones, at the level of prioritization and routing
• Willingness to make important decisions independently, set goals for the team and achieve them
• Interaction with customers, solution providers, bank departments < /li>
• Work with project and technological documentation
• Participation in technical examination of proposals and requirements
• Analysis of needs in the system development part
• Planning of department resources, control and coordination of work execution
• Analysis of IT architecture and infrastructure, identification of areas that need updating
• Design, development and implementation of high-volume projects
• Willingness and ability to justify your decisions based on objective data: analytics and research

Basic requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the IT industry
• Team management experience from 1 year
• Experience with AWS
• Management skills, organizational skills
• Ability to design highly loaded applications

• Good communication skills, ability to present your ideas and work
• Understanding of development stages
• Understanding of IT technologies, their trends, development tools and code delivery
• Understanding the architecture and principles of client-server applications
• Understanding the structure and purpose of application components (SQL, noSQL, MQ, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, kafka, etc.)
• Experience writing code and designing highly loaded applications
• Understanding the basic principles of information security
