The company "HopHey" - a national retail chain of draft beer stores, a leader in its segment, is opening a vacancy: head of the development department. Responsibilities: Management of a team of developers on the 1C platform. Organization of the work of the department according to the Company's standards. Organization of work on the project of implementing business solutions on the 1C platform :Enterprise (1C:Accounting, Retail, Manufacturing Enterprise Management).Participation in projects in the role of a technical architect.Assessment, distribution and control of task performance.Control of project work, compliance with deadlines.Maintenance of project documentation.Quality control of the solutions being designed, including solutions developed by subcontractors. Requirements: Experience in development on the 1C platform: an enterprise of 5 years or more in a large retail company. Experience as a technical architect on the 1C platform. Experience in working with fiscal equipment, knowledge of cash discipline. Knowledge of accounting and management accounting. Experience in working with 1C systems: Accounting, Retail, Production Management by the enterprise. The presence of experience in 1C integration with various third-party solutions. The presence of successfully implemented large-scale management accounting projects. Experience in working with SQL, web services. Excellent knowledge of SQL 99. Understanding of standards for building information systems architecture, knowledge of formal notations for describing data structures. Willing to consider candidates with less experience and a desire to develop. Desirable: possession of 2 certificates 1C: Professional, certificate of an expert in technological issues.
