Head of the development department 1C in Delta Medical

The international pharmaceutical holding Delta Medical invites to its team the head of the 1C development department. Requirements: 3 years of work experience as a 1C development manager; 3 years of programming experience in 1C software products (8th grade); Higher education (IT, technical); Experience in building system architecture; Experience in creating integration logic; Understanding of software development and support processes in non-IT companies. It will be an additional advantage if there is: Knowledge of accounting, tax and management accounting; Understanding of SQL basics; Experience in information system implementation projects (WMS, SCM, CRM, ERP); Experience in working with internal and external resources (outsourced). Responsibilities: Managing a team of programmers (own or, if necessary, external), meeting business requirements; information systems based on 1C 8.3; Optimization of system architecture. The development team is not large, there will not be many management functions, so we need a coach who plays: tech lead and team lead at the same time.
