What knowledge and skills should the candidate possess?

1. Consolidation of current performance indicators (production, quality, repairs, etc.), analysis of results and causes of deviations, determination of priority areas of development, assessment of the potential for improvements.
   2. Development of proposals and justification for them for inclusion in the plan of operational improvements by areas. 
   3. Development of enterprise goals in a system of effective and balanced indicators.
   4. Participation in the formation of production teams, conducting their training in operational improvement methods and tools (World Class Production); organizing the exchange of experience and best practices between production teams.
   5. Conducting monthly audits aimed at compliance with the requirements and standards of the World Class Production system and monthly meetings with the purpose of reviewing, discussing and approving the performance by production teams of the main indicators of their activity.
   6. Interaction with specialists in areas for consultation of production teams, as well as with the management of the enterprise and structural units on strategic issues optimization of processes.
   8. Budget planning for the development and operation of practices of the World Class Production system and control of its rational use, organization of drawing up a financial plan by period. class"
2. Methodology of development and implementation of operational improvement projects and measures
3. Fundamentals of lean management/production
4. KAIZEN techniques and tools (5S, TPM, CANBAN, SMED, etc.)
5. TOC systems, as well as quality management systems
6. Practical skills in teaching and implementing operational improvement projects and programs
