Your main tasks will be:

1. Ensuring the work of the department in terms of the preparation of the project documentation package by an external resource.
2. Participation in tender procedures for determining the external contractor for the execution of project works.
3. Checking and confirming the cost project works.
4. Organization and control of the signing of contracts and additional agreements for the development of project documentation, including verification of payment conditions, the subject of the contract.
5. Organization and control of the submission of information for making advance payments and payment of contracts for the development of project documentation, as well as control of actual payments.
6. Monitoring of the financing schedule of external design contractors.
7. Organization of execution measures regarding financial reporting under contracts for project works.
8. Organization of verification of acts of completed works for compliance with the terms of contracts and the actual scope of completed works.
9. Organization of review of design and estimate documentation developed by customers of services for connection and transfer of electrical networks, as well as contracting organizations, for compliance with issued technical conditions. :
10. Organization of review of design and estimate documentation developed by customers of services for connection and transfer of electrical networks, as well as subcontractors, for compliance with design norms and the composition of project documentation.
11. Organization and participation in project meetings, organization of verification and coordination of projects developed by external designers (in the areas of: Investment program, facilities for connection to networks Companies);
12. Communication with project organizations, local self-government bodies, related departments and divisions, network owners within the framework of design programs;
13. Makes plans, reports and forecasts for future periods on costs, payments, budgets in the part related to the design process;
14. Organizes the implementation of manufacturing design and estimate documentation for accessions and investment programs;

Necessary skills and knowledge:

1. Experience in project management of construction/reconstruction of electric power facilities.
2. Knowledge of the organization of construction production, modern building materials, energy equipment.

4. Knowledge of the technology of construction and installation works, requirements for their acceptance.
5. Knowledge of current regulatory documents (DBN, PUE, DSTU, etc.).
6. Ability to read project documentation and estimates.
7. Ability to defend one's opinion with arguments.
8. Non-conflict. The ability to work in a team Fluency in PC (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams — mandatory; SAP, STS — desirable).
