We treat our most valuable resource — our employees — with care. .Key responsibilities: Management of the design team: hiring, adaptation, work standards, regulations, reports - all administration; By the forces of the entire department, providing all graphic materials for the needs of the marketing department: all printing, including shop windows, banners for the website and social networks, templates for images on the website, banners for advertising campaigns, motion for social networks - animation of videos3. Updating and improving the design of the system in accordance with business needs and market trends. Candidate requirements: Experience in leading a design team; Experience in design for more than 2 years; Ability to motivate and develop a team; Ability to present and defend design solutions to the team and company management; Skills work with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva and any program for motion design; Existing portfolio and willingness to perform a test task.
