Inconnection with increasing amount realized 700">objectsand a largevolume tasks, weopencompetition for the position of "Head of the Design Department". will be:

• Management of the project direction of the enterprise, in particular - coordination of full-time and/or involvement of third-party contractors for the development of both project documentation in general and individual project solutions;
• Optimization of the cost of project works, control of the duration of project development documentation;
• Optimization of project decisionstaking into account energy efficiency and environmental friendliness;
• Protection of project decisions and cost indicators of estimate documentation at the examination stage,timely obtaining positive expert opinions;
• Optimization of project decisions for increasing the profitability of the enterprise at the project implementation stage;
• Author supervision and project support, adjustment of project decisions if necessary;
• Timely provision of work executors with approved project materials, control and support of objects at the project implementation stage decisions;
• Interaction with the project manager at all stages of project development and implementation, determining the scope and types of work for drawing up estimate documentation, controlling the scope and quality of work,verification of volumes for payment of completed works, optimization of costs;
• Work in EDESSB: registration, management and support of project documentation in the electronic system;
• Ensuring timely entry of data on project decisions, estimate documentation and stages of project implementation;
• Interaction with the Customer's representativesand supervisory bodies through the EDESSB functionality;
• Formation and submission of electronic reports, obtaining expert opinions and permit documents through the system.

• Work experiencein a managerial position for at least 5 years;
• Fluency in softwarecomplexes designAvtoCad, Revit;
• Ability to work in a team.
