Head of the department of wages and settlements with employees in Lyuksoptika

We are looking for a head Department of wages and settlements with employees

The main purpose of the position in the management team : ensuring the correct, complete and timely implementation of mutual settlement operations with employees and their corresponding display in ERP systems

Main tasks:

• Organization and control of the processes of calculation and payment of wages and other payments to employees (hospital, vacation, additional benefit, maintenance according to executive letters, etc.)
• Control of the correctness of the display of accrued expenses in accounting (wages, vacation reserves, quarterly and annual bonus reserves, individual payments, etc.)
• Preparation and control of payroll reporting (combined report with the EES and PIT, statistical reporting; internal reports on personnel costs, etc.)
• Preparation of the tax budget for wages and other income of employees
• Analysis and automation of processes for accrual and payment of employee income in information systems. 
we expect:
• Experience in the field of payroll in companies with a large number of employees (the number of employees from 1000 employees will be an advantage)
• Management competencies, the ability to organize and to manage the department team
• Work experience in 1C ZUP, 1C8, 1C ERP
• Perfect knowledge of labor legislation
• Perfect knowledge of the principles of accounting, accounting entries
• Experience in process optimization and automation
