Right now we are looking for a Head of Training and Personnel Development

Main responsibilities:

• Management of the branch staff development training department;
• Comprehensive support, coordination and control of the training process in the regional directorate
• Planning and organization of the training process and staff development of all levels;

• Implementation of training programs for company employees
• Development, conducting and transfer of management, service, sales trainings, etc.;
• Organization and control of compliance with requirements for certification and professional development of managers, specialists training, retraining and advanced training, practical training of young specialists during their internship, as well as industrial practice of students and apprentices
• Preparation of reports

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher education (preferably pedagogical, psychological, economic)
• Knowledge of the principles of adult education, building training programs
• Ability to work with audiences of different levels of training, develop
• training programs , organizational skills
• Experience as a business coach for at least 1 year
• Willingness to work at a high pace
• Ability to work in a team, persistence
