We are currently looking for a responsible and creative candidate who will be able to build an effective system of training and development of personnel. Required skills: from 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of training programs aimed at the development of contact of the center; conducting training events in online and offline formats; the ability to keep the focus of the audience and be an interesting speaker; well-developed soft skills: interpersonal communication, problem solving, self-control, time management, the ability to be a leader. Tasks that will be required implement: ensuring a high level of knowledge about the company's products among employees; developing employees' competencies in sales and service; launching a remote learning system; collecting and analyzing information about the need for employee training; organizing and conducting periodic certifications (upon admission, after updating product parameters) , monthly testing, monitoring of knowledge; drawing up plans for training, retraining and advanced training of employees; periodic analysis of the market for personnel training services; preparation of proposals for cooperation with external companies, for personnel training and development; preparation of proposals for the development of the most promising employees - formation of an internal personnel reserve; formation of a budget for the organization of the training process; control and timely updating of the content of training programs for all company products.
