Expectations from the candidate:

  • higher education;
  • experience as a head of the personnel training department in large companies (preferably FMCG, retail, distribution, etc.);
  • willing to consider candidates without managerial experience (Training Manager, Trainer);
  • experience in designing and conducting trainings, master classes, workshops and facilitation sessions;
  • ability to measure the effectiveness of training evaluation
  • knowledge of modern HR approaches: assessment, development, motivation, work with personnel reserve;

Key responsibilities of the position:

  • plan the training and development system: form annual and quarterly plans, goals and KPIs of training programs;

  • administer and develop LMS (Collaborator) - filling and updating content, supporting the structure of courses, tests, users, reporting and monitoring training;

  • diagnose training needs: organize assessment of competencies, testing of professional and personal qualities, determine development areas;

  • organize and conduct training events: trainings, seminars, adaptation programs (independently or with the involvement of internal/external trainers);

  • develop and implement competency development programs for employees of various levels;

  • prepare methodical and educational materials for training, adaptation and internal communications;

  • participate in the formation of personnel policy and HR-strategy of the company in terms of training, development, evaluation and retention of personnel;

  • form and maintain a personnel reserve; support individual development plans of key employees;

  • advise department heads on the effectiveness of training and adaptation, provide recommendations for improvements;

  • monitor the training market and select external providers; integrate modern formats and solutions into the education system.
